1. Welcome

These Terms govern your use of The Learning Nest website, printables, digital products, and any future dashboard or lesson platform (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide

The Learning Nest offers educational printables, planners, trackers, and lesson resources designed for homeschool families. We are an educational resource provider — not a school, accrediting body, or licensed clinical service.

3. Personal-use license

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it within your own household or classroom. You may print as many copies as you need for your own students. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files publicly.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If a file is damaged, missing, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

5. Educational use only

6. Accounts & waitlist

If you join the waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Learning Nest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or educational outcomes for any student.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
