Massachusetts districts approve a home education plan before the year begins, and expect an annual progress report. Districts commonly ask for subjects taught, materials, instructional hours, and how progress will be measured.

New York
NYIHIP (Individualized Home Instruction Plan)
New York asks for an annual notice of intent, an IHIP listing syllabi and materials by subject, quarterly reports, and an annual assessment. This pack produces the notice, the IHIP-style plan, quarterly progress reporting, and an attendance record.

New Hampshire
NHNotice of intent to home educate
New Hampshire requires a one-time written notice and asks families to keep a portfolio and complete an annual evaluation. Evaluation results are kept by the family rather than filed, so this pack is built to be your own organized record.
